Shipping policy

At Blue Piranha Boat Parts LLC, we do our best to get your order shipped quickly, safely, and affordably. Please review our shipping details below before placing your order.


Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday).

  • You’ll receive an email confirmation once your order has been placed and another notification when it ships.

  • If an item requires additional handling time (inspection, cleaning, or verification), we’ll contact you directly with an update.


🌊 Shipping Options & Rates

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, dimensions, and destination.

  • We currently ship within the United States only.

  • Typical delivery time: 3–7 business days after the order leaves our facility.

  • Expedited shipping may be available at checkout depending on your location and order size.


📦 Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active.


⚙️ Local Pickup (Arkansas Only)

Local pickup is available by appointment from our shop in Clarksville, AR.
Select Local Pickup at checkout, and we’ll email you when your order is ready.


🧭 Damaged, Lost, or Delayed Shipments

If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery (or expected delivery).

  2. Include your order number and photos if applicable.

  3. We’ll help file a claim with the carrier and resolve the issue promptly.


🛠️ Used Parts Handling

Used and salvage parts may require additional handling time for inspection and packaging. We take extra care to ensure these items are properly labeled, protected, and ready for shipment.
